A friend of mine gave me Brenda’s business card and told me about the work she had done for other Type 1 diabetes. I briefly looked into the DTC and thought there is no way I would be able to apply for this! After hearing about her success stories, I called Brenda.

Over time I’ve learned that the disability tax credit is great in theory, but the processes and procedures that exist make it very challenging to process and to reach a successful completion.  I make an analogy to running hurdles. Except there are hundreds of hurdles, of different sizes and some are invisible to you.  It’s your first time running the hurdles.
