I will never disclose any information to a third party unless I am required to do so by law.  I may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

• To health practitioners that you have authorized me to deal with.  However,  I will never disclose actual refund amounts you receive.
• To CRA in connection to my services.

I  protect your information from loss, unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure by:

• Utilizing appropriate security measures with respect to my work location.
• Utilizing appropriate security measures with respect to my computer,  passwords, firewalls and document shredding  machines.
• Access to your information is limited to me only,   the owner of CRM Blue Group.
